Leh, July 25: Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Leh A.G Zargar in a public notice informed that all interested person residing within the Municipal committee Leh who are silling for construction of New House can avail loan under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY-U) as a credit linked subsidy.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana program “Housing for All” an initiative to provide affordable housing solution. High priority and preference are given to the needs of the Middle Income Groups (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the population.
Avail the benefit of the PMAY subsidy scheme as under.
1.Application with an annual household income of less than 6 Lakh can avail a maximum loan of 6 Lakh at 6.5% interest.
2.Application with an annual household income between 6 to 12 Lakh can avail a maximum loan of 9 Lakh at 4 % interest.
3.Applicant with an annual household income between 12 to 18 Lakh can avail a maximum loan of 12 Lakh at 3% interest.
The interested applicants are requested to visit the Municipal Committee Office Leh within 5 days from the date of issue of this notice with the following documents.
Revenue Documents (Girdhawri, Jamabandi and Titma), MC approved building permission with estimate as per guide line PMGY-U, income proof , Aadhar Card and Affidavit.
